Welcome to Great Space Design. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These ensure a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved. Please read them carefully:

1. Furniture & Styling Items Usage
All furniture, décor, and accessories installed by Great Space Design are for display purposes only and must not be used for personal use throughout the hire period. These items are not to be moved or removed from the staged property. In partial styling projects, clients may continue daily use of their existing furniture but must take reasonable care. The client accepts responsibility for any damage, excessive wear, or cleaning required, and agrees to cover associated costs.

2. Hire Period
The furniture and styling hire period begins from the installation day, as discussed during the consultation. The hire term will be outlined in the official proposal.

3. Installation Scheduling
Once the proposal is accepted, Great Space Design will schedule your installation based on availability. The client must ensure property access on the agreed date and time.

4. Rescheduling
If rescheduling is required, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new installation date without additional fees.

5. Service Disclaimer
While we take every care to present your property beautifully and professionally, Great Space Design makes no guarantees regarding the speed of sale or final sale price. Outcomes depend on multiple market factors beyond our control.

6. Liability
Great Space Design is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred by visitors or third parties at the styled property. The client agrees to indemnify us against any claims arising during or after the styling period.

7. Power & Safety Requirements
Installation will only proceed if the property has functioning electricity and suitable lighting. We will not install in homes where renovation, construction, or trade work is still underway.

8. Access on Installation/Removal Day
We kindly request that clients do not remain onsite during installation or removal. If you choose to be present, please ensure clear access and avoid interrupting the setup process.

9. Damage & Breakage
All items must be respected as display items. Clients will be invoiced for repair or full replacement costs for any damages caused due to misuse, pets, or neglect. Pet damage is not covered under insurance and is the sole responsibility of the client.

10. Deposit & Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required upon signing the agreement to confirm your styling date. Full payment is due 24 hours prior to installation. Failure to pay will result in a delay or cancellation of the scheduled service.

11. Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued if the property sells before the end of the hire period. Once installation is complete, the full hire cost is payable and non-refundable.

12. Pickup & Extension
After the property sells, clients must coordinate access for item removal within 5 days. Delayed pickup beyond this period will incur a 15% weekly surcharge based on the rental fee

13. Property Surface Disclaimer
Some furniture items may leave marks or impressions on flooring or walls. While we take precautions to avoid this, Great Space Design is not liable for any such outcomes due to surface sensitivity or building conditions.

14. Artwork & Fixtures
We may install temporary hooks or wall fasteners for artwork as required. We are not responsible for any wall damage resulting from underlying plasterwork, poor foundations, or prior structural issues.

15. Termination of Agreement
Great Space Design reserves the right to cancel the service agreement without notice if payment terms are not met or if staff are treated disrespectfully by the client or affiliated parties.

16. Project Cancellation
Should the client choose to cancel the booking prior to staging, a $300 cancellation fee applies. If cancelled after installation, no refund will be provided. If the client requests to swap or replace items after styling, a minimum charge of $500 will apply, subject to availability.

17. Photography & Promotion
The client authorises Great Space Design to photograph staged areas and use those images across marketing channels (digital and print). All content remains the property of Great Space Design and may not be reused commercially without written consent.

18. Contract Termination Rights
We reserve the right to cancel this agreement within 10 days of signing, at our sole discretion, with written notice to the client.

19. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be handled in good faith. If resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation within 5 working days, the matter will proceed to formal mediation under Australian mediation guidelines.

20. Website Terms
All information on our website is provided for general guidance only. We make no warranties regarding completeness or accuracy. Any reliance is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any content on third-party websites linked through our site.
